Business Identity

The Good Enough Company is a retail and consulting entity based in Sacramento, California. Please note that this business is entirely separate from any real estate services provided by its ownership. Real estate transactions and growth consulting are governed by separate, independent contracts.

 

Product Representation

We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and imagery. However, because our items are sourced from various distributors and wholesalers:

• We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.

• Variations in color may occur due to monitor settings and the nature of custom printing processes.

• All products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We utilize a drop-shipping model where products are sent directly from our wholesalers.

• Third-Party Logistics: We are not responsible for the performance of shipping carriers or third-party distributors.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather, global health crises, or international conflicts.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

Returns and Refunds

Refunds and replacements are not guaranteed.

• Review Process: All return requests are subject to approval by our wholesalers (such as Printify or Modalyst).

• Final Sale Items: Custom-printed items are final sale. We cannot authorize returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

• Authorization: No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from our team. Items sent back to the address on the shipping label without approval will not be refunded.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Good Enough Company and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this site or the purchase of any products.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

• We are not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from the use or misuse of products manufactured by third parties.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, watercolor-style imagery, and product designs, is the property of The Good Enough Company or our content suppliers. You may not reproduce or use our branding without express written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
